What's open in Ko Samui and in countries around the world

Many restrictions have been eased in Samui recently in order to prepare for "Samui Plus", a reopening scheme to re-welcome international visitors to Ko Samui, Ko Phangan and Ko Tao. Restaurants here can now serve alcohol, schools and cinema can be also reopened and soon Samui's border will be reopened for international visitors as well.
