Silver Beach / Crystal Bay near Lamai
Silver Beach or Crystal Bay is one of the beaches I like to visit in Samui especially for enjoying the sea water. WHY? Because when it's not north east monsoon season, the water on this bay is just so calm and clear and sometimes you can even see some fishes swimming around (of course not when so many people around but it's still nice)
The big round rocks around the bay and on the beach are sort of a signature of this beach that you can tell right away from seeing photos which beach it is as there are not many beaches like this on the island. If the days with a good visibility, you may be able to see some little fishes swimming around as well.
When is the perfect time to visit Silver Beach?
May - October, the sea is usually nice and calm, during this period with better visibility.
North east Monsoon period
Around November - April is a monsoon period. The beach could be pretty wavy during north east monsoon time, however it is still worth a visit to lay on the beach with nice sea breeze.

The beach has no public access but you can always enter to the beach by the 4 hotels/ resorts' access below: All these hotels have parking for hotels and restaurants' guests which is very convenient for visitors.

Where to eat?
There are restaurants which are the part of 4 mentioned hotels above along the beach where you can have some nice food by the beach. All 4 restaurants are by the beach where you will get some nice sea breeze every now and then.
