Ring Road work of 15.5km between Huathanon-Chaweng now 70% finished

Now in Ko Samui you will find the road work between Huathanon - Chaweng here and there and wondering what they are doing at the moment.

The main road, "Thaweeratpakdee" or the Ring Road of the island is approximately 50km in length and 34 km has already been expanded. The remaining 15.5 km is now still in progress.

This remaining part between Huathanon - Chaweng in Koh Samui for 15.5 km has a budget of THB 700,980,000 to expand and increase the quality of the road including new pavements in some areas. It is currently 70% finished and is expected to be completely finished by the end of March 2022.
