📌Original Passport

Fee: 50 THB

1.) Fill in the form (one page) for your ID & Vaccine information that you had.

2.) Pay the fee (50 THB)

3.) Get a receipt

4.) Come back later with a given receipt on an appointment date to collect the vaccine passport.
